URBAN DESIGN

MCK was formed in 1991, and was originally conceived to service the residential developer market, but the Practice has grown steadily over the past 30 plus years to encompass all spheres of architectural design ………

As a separate division, MCK Commercial Design aims to cater specifically for all non-residential projects from retail and leisure developments, to offices, industrial, healthcare, specialist residential and education projects

Our team also have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of dealing with listed buildings, and historical / heritage assets, from initial inspections and negotiations with English Heritage / Local Authorities, through to detailed renovation proposals and specifications, often working alongside specialist contractors

As a commercially aware practice, we understand that it is imperative to not only produce high quality architecture and development solutions, but also deliver projects to the required budgets, constraints and programmes, and each project is delivered to specifically meet the client’s aspirations

We utilise the latest CAD, BIM and imaging software to provide high quality and accurate details, as well as impressive 3D imagery to our support our schemes across all sectors .
